Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR professional with 5 years of experience, located in Rajkot. The HR professional will oversee human resources operations, ensure compliance with HR policies, and manage employee benefits and personnel-related matters. Daily responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing the recruitment process, overseeing employee relations, and maintaining an effective and engaging work culture. The role also involves ensuring alignment of HR policies with organizational goals. Qualifications • Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including recruitment and workforce planning. • Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies and ensuring compliance with corporate and legal standards. • Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management to foster employee satisfaction and retention. • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and collaboration. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience; a degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. • Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR management is advantageous.
