Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Studio Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The Studio Assistant will be responsible for overseeing daily studio operations, managing staff, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the highest standards of cosmetology and hair care. Responsibilities include hiring and training new employees, managing appointments, handling customer inquiries and building customer relationships, and maintaining a clean and organized studio environment. Qualifications • Cosmetology and Hair Care skills • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills • Knowledge of Hair Patch Systems or willingness to learn • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Previous experience in studio/salon management of more than 1-2 years is preferable. • Relevant certifications or degrees in cosmetology or related field Preferred • Background in Hair Care • Experience in Hair Replacement or Wig industry Employment Type Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement • Health insurance Work Location: In person
