Job Summary - The Call Center SPOC (Single Point of Contact) will be responsible for coordinating with AMC and CAMS to ensure smooth operational support and effective resolution of cases. The role involves acting as the key liaison between the call center team and backend teams, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution. The SPOC will focus on enhancing team knowledge, driving process improvements, and ensuring adherence to service timelines. Additionally, the role requires monitoring daily call center activities and tracking team performance to maintain operational efficiency and service quality. Job Description-"Being a Call Center SPOC, should co-ordinate with AMC & CAMS. Being a SPOC, should focus on Teams knowledge enhancement, Process improvements. To co-ordinate with CAMS Backend towards resolution of cases within stipulated timelines To keep a track of CC daily activities, performance" Qualification & Experience-"2–3 years of experience in the Mutual Fund domain. 4–5 years of experience in a Call Center environment, including team handling responsibilities. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely resolutions. People-oriented with proven team management and leadership skills. Hands-on experience with MS Excel, including basic formulas and reporting." Graduation is Mandatory Strong knowledge of Call Center KRA and KPI metrics, Team Player.
