Job Title: BAMS Medical Officer / Ayurvedic Doctor Location: Kadur, Chikkamagaluru Experience: 0–1 Year Employment Type: Full time Role Overview The role supports outpatient and inpatient care, Ayurvedic treatment planning, patient counselling, and clinical documentation. Fresh graduates are welcome, with training and supervision provided. Key Responsibilities Conduct OPD consultations, assess patient conditions, and document case history. Assist in diagnosis using Ayurvedic principles (Nadi Pariksha, Dashavidha Pariksha, etc.). Prescribe Ayurvedic medicines, therapies, and lifestyle modifications under clinical protocols. Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as required. Coordinate with Panchakarma therapists and ensure correct procedure execution. Maintain accurate medical records, prescriptions, and follow-up schedules. Educate patients on diet, preventive care, and wellness practices. Support health camps, community outreach, and clinic promotional activities. Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from a recognized university. Valid Karnataka AYUSH registration (or willingness to obtain). Basic understanding of Ayurvedic pharmacology, Panchakarma, and clinical protocols. Solid communication and patient-handling skills. Freshers with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
