WhatsApp marketing and AI Automation Expert

Role Description This is an internship role for a WhatsApp Marketing and AI Automation Expert. The candidate will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies via WhatsApp, managing communication campaigns, and implementing AI-driven automation tools to improve engagement. Daily tasks include content creation, audience engagement, data analysis, and collaboration with the team to optimize marketing efforts. This is an on-site role located in Indore. Skills and Requirements Proven experience with WhatsApp Business Ability to set up and manage WhatsApp Business Profile (catalog, auto-replies, labels, quick replies, business info, etc.) Hands-on experience with Facebook–WhatsApp Manager integration Experience in running broadcast / bulk WhatsApp campaigns knowledge of WhatsApp automation & AI-based automation tools (WATI, Interakt, AiSensy, DoubleTick, chatbots, auto-replies, AI workflows, etc.) Ability to write short, clear, CTA-driven message copies Experience in lead follow-ups & customer response handling understanding of CRM tools & Excel reporting Candidate must be Indore-based or willing to relocate Immediate joiner preferred
