This vacant position requires Hospital HR experience with valid Min 2+ Don't waste your & our valuable time by sharing us irrelevant resumes such profiles will be blacklisted in our database & in INDEED PORTAL permanently • ************************************************************************************ Only Message or mail us on 9059097957 or jimsonatwork@gmail.com Key Responsibilities: • Sourcing / Recruitment / staff Managemetn / Attendance / Welfare of staff / HRMS hands on • be a part of hospital HR operations to ensure efficient delivery of services. • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care and hospital HR operations. • Coordinate activities between various departments (e.g., medical staff, nursing, support services) to ensure collaboration and efficiency. • Manage the hospitals HR budget, ensuring the efficient use of resources. • Analyze financial reports and work with the finance team to improve cost efficiency while maintaining high levels of service. • Regulatory Compliance: • Ensure that the hospital complies with all relevant healthcare regulations, including safety, privacy (HIPAA), accreditation standards, and quality assurance protocols. • Stay up to date on new healthcare laws and regulations and ensure implementation within the hospital. • Collaborate with the executive team to set long-term goals and strategies for hospital growth and development. • Identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery, patient satisfaction, and community engagement. • Evaluate market trends, competition, and patient needs to guide decision-making. • Leadership & Team Management: • Lead, manage, and develop a team of hospital staff, including department heads, medical staff, and administrative personnel. • Foster a positive work environment, promote employee engagement, and support professional development. • Coordinate recruitment, training, and retention strategies for hospital staff. • Monitor and improve patient care standards to ensure patient satisfaction and safety. • Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance hospital services and patient outcomes. • Respond to patient complaints and concerns, ensuring timely resolution. • Stakeholder & Community Relations: • Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including government agencies, insurance companies, and community organizations. • Represent the hospital in public relations and community outreach efforts. • Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers and organizations to ensure continuity of care for patients. Required Qualifications: • Masters degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) or Business Administration (MBA) with HR, or a related field with HR Experience . • Proven experience (usually 3+ years) in hospital or healthcare management. • In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Financial management expertise, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue cycle management. • Ability to develop strategic plans and implement HR improvements. Working Conditions: • Full-time position with a standard workweek, though evening or weekend hours may be required for emergency situations or on-call duties. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
