Performance Marketer (Meta Ads)

Key Responsibilities: • Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns • Generate high-quality leads for courses and programs • Create and test ad creatives (images, videos, copy variations) • Perform audience research, targeting, and retargeting • Monitor daily ad performance and optimize for better ROI • Manage ad budgets and ensure cost-effective results • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports • Stay updated with Meta Ads policies and best practices • Coordinate with content and creative teams Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Meta Ads management • Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager & Ads Manager • Experience in lead generation campaigns • Understanding of conversion tracking (Pixel, events, forms) • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns • Good copywriting sense for ad headlines & descriptions Strong communication and time management skills
