This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for a variety of roles. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will also collaborate with teams to develop innovative hiring strategies and support talent acquisition goals. Ability to develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates based on company requirements Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices Understanding of the FMCG or consumer goods industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
