Surgical Technologist / OT Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Surgical Technologist (OT Technician) to join our surgical team. You will play a critical role in the success of our surgical procedures by maintaining a sterile environment, preparing operating rooms, and assisting surgeons during operations. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives under pressure, anticipates the needs of the surgical team, and is deeply committed to patient safety. Key Responsibilities • Pre-Operative: Prepare the operating room by setting up sterile surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies. Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly. • Intra-Operative: Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons during procedures. Maintain an accurate count of sponges, needles, and instruments. • Sterile Processing: Adhere to strict aseptic techniques to prevent surgical site infections. • Patient Care: Assist in positioning and prepping patients for surgery while maintaining their comfort and dignity. • Post-Operative: Clean and restock the operating room after surgery and transport used instruments for sterilization. Required Qualifications & Skills • Education:B.sc OR DIPLOMA • Basic Life Support: Current BLS/CPR certification. • Experience: 1 TO 2 • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of surgical instrumentation, sterilization protocols, and anatomy.
