You are the final check in the clinical chain, collaborating with doctors and nurses to optimize patient outcomes. Core Responsibilities * Clinical Validation: Reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, and potential drug interactions. * Medicine Compounding: Preparing specialized medications, including IV infusions, oncology treatments, and TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition). * Ward Rounds: Consulting with medical teams to advise on drug selection and monitoring patient responses. * Medicines Management: Overseeing the procurement, storage, and secure distribution of controlled substances and high-value drugs. * Patient Counseling: Educating patients on how to manage their medications post-discharge to prevent readmission.
