Responsibilities Curriculum Development Design and oversee the development of a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and fosters the holistic growth of preschoolers Teacher Supervision Recruit train and provide ongoing support and evaluation for preschool teachers to ensure high-quality instruction Student Assessment Implement assessment strategies to monitor students progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents regarding children s development Parent Communication Foster positive relationships with parents and guardians keeping them informed about their child s progress and encouraging their involvement in their child s education Classroom Environment Create and maintain an engaging safe and inclusive learning workplace that promotes social emotional cognitive and physical development Resource Management Manage educational materials resources and budgets efficiently to support the preschool s educational objectives Professional Development Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and promote continuous professional development for staff Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with all relevant licensing and accreditation standards as well as local and national educational guidelines Problem Solving Address any educational or behavioral issues that may arise among students teachers or parents and implement solutions effectively Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Relevant experience in preschool education including teaching and leadership roles Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
