Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Key Account Manager at our location in Ernakulam. We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Key Account Manager to manage and grow our International market. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, optimizing visibility, various sell out methodologies managing key accounts, and executing strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets. Qualifications ▪ Manage and grow sales across International e-commerce platforms ▪ Develop and execute business plans aligned with revenue and growth targets ▪ Monitor marketplace performance metrics (sales, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, etc.) ▪ Handle P&L responsibility for assigned accounts ▪ Plan and execute promotional calendars and advertising campaigns ▪ Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory planning ▪ Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers ▪ Analyze competitor activity and market trends ▪ Prepare monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations ▪ Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) for smooth operations
