Job Description: HR Specialist

Position Overview
The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing core human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. This role ensures smooth HR processes, enhances employee experience, and supports organizational growth through effective people management practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Support payroll coordination and employee benefits administration.
• Assist in performance management cycles and employee evaluations.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave management, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Assist in training and development programs.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS data for management review.
HR Operations & Compliance
• Maintain HRIS and employee databases accurately.
• Support policy development and implementation.
• Ensure statutory compliance and documentation.
• Assist with audits related to HR and payroll processes.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and workforce data.
Recruitment & Talent Management
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Post job openings on job portals and social platforms.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring processes.
• Support onboarding and induction programs.
• Track recruitment metrics and hiring effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 37 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience working with HRMS or ERP systems preferred.
Technical Skills
• HRMS/ERP systems (Odoo, SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People, or similar)
• MS Excel and HR reporting tools
• Recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
• Payroll coordination tools

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Reporting Structure
Reports to: HR Manager / HR Director
Collaborates with: Department Heads and Finance Team

Work Mode: On-site- US shift (position working with US Team)
