Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacist, located in Madhubani. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing expert advice to patients regarding the usage and side effects of medications, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and efficiently managing inventory. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Qualifications • Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacology and familiarity with medication usage, indications, and contraindications • Exceptional communication and customer service skills to provide clear guidance and support to patients • Strong organizational skills for accurate record-keeping and inventory management • Detail-oriented approach to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a related field and relevant licensure as required by local regulatory authorities • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team setting and establish trust with patients and colleagues • Prior experience in retail or clinical pharmacy is a plus
