Role Overview
We’re hiring a creative, detail-obsessed Content Writer to craft high-quality, on-brand content for leading SaaS platforms. You’ll turn complex product capabilities—journey orchestration, segmentation, offers, and analytics—into crisp stories that drive awareness, adoption, and customer success across channels: blogs, social, website, email, and journey templates . You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure every asset reaches the right audience at the right moment in the customer journey.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, write, and manage content for marketing initiatives: blog articles, social campaigns, landing pages, journey templates , email sequences, one-pagers, product updates, and case studies.
- Translate technical features (e.g., audience segmentation, campaign workflows) into transparent benefits for multiple personas (marketing ops, campaign managers, CMOs).
- Map content to customer journey stages with channel-specific adaptations.
- Partner with design to produce cohesive assets; provide tight briefs, microcopy, and story-driven narrative structures.
- Collaborate with product marketing to maintain positioning and messaging consistency; update assets as features evolve.
- Use analytics to monitor performance (traffic, CTR, activation, demo sign-ups, time-on-page) and iterate based on insights.
- Maintain brand voice and editorial standards; manage content calendars and contribute to campaign themes.
Requirements
Must-have Skills
- 2–4 years of content writing for SaaS/technology products, preferably in MarTech/marketing automation.
- Proven ability to write for multiple channels (blog, social, web, email, in-product/journey templates) with consistent tone and voice.
- Strong research chops; able to interview SMEs and synthesize complex information quickly.
- Excellent editing/proofreading; command of structure, clarity, and narrative.
- AI-in-Workflow: Practical use of AI tools for ideation, outlines, first-draft acceleration, repurposing snippets, and SEO support—always with human editorial judgment and compliance.
Good-to-have Skills
- Familiarity with marketing concepts (audience, journeys, offers, personalization) and how content supports each stage.
- Basics of SEO (search intent, on-page structure, internal linking) and keyword research workflows.
- Experience working with analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, or social insights) to inform content iteration.
Success Metrics
- Growth in qualified traffic and engagement on target assets.
- Content throughput against calendar SLAs while maintaining quality.
- Positive feedback from stakeholders and measurable impact on key KPIs.
