Senior Mobile App Dev

We need a Senior Mobile App Lead Dev with 7+ years of experience to maintain, optimize, and extend our existing enterprise mobile application. This role requires hands-on expertise with camera-based scanning workflows (QR/barcodes) and libraries such as Vision Camera , AI integrations , and APIs . The ideal candidate must step into an existing codebase, rapidly understand architecture decisions, stabilize and improve current implementations, and design scalable new features without introducing technical debt. What You'll Do • Support our existing mobile app; design and build other features using React Native • Architect scalable, reusable mobile frameworks and UI components • Have knowledge of MERN stack • Build and optimize RESTful and Graph QL APIs • Use AI to develop products and features for our app • Lead technical design decisions • Optimize app performance, security, and scalability • Manage mobile deployment pipelines for App Store and Google Play Required Experience • 7+ years of professional mobile app development experience • Expert-level React Native mobile development • Working knowledge of MERN stack (Mongo DB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) • Proven experience using AI or machine learning features • Experience with mobile architecture, API integration, and performance optimization • Strong Git and Agile development experience What Success Looks Like • Supporting and delivering scalable, stable, and high-performing mobile app features • Launching AI-enabled features that create measurable business value • Contributing to technical strategy and engineering excellence • You are trustworthy and self-driven , take ownership , capable of thriving in a fully remote, distributed team The Interview Process We take quality seriously. Up to three interviews may be conducted: Screening: A review of your qualifications Technical Interview: An on-camera coding session for FE and BE skills (1.5% pass rate) Culture Fit: A personal interview to ensure you align with our team values Engagement Engagement Type: Full-time “Independent Contractor”. Side work with other companies would not be permitted. Location: Our team is remote and distributed in India. You must be available full-time during IST daytime hours and are required to attend daily stand up calls at 9:00 A IST.
