Site Civil Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and technically sound Civil Engineer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in [Residential/Commercial/Industrial] projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, ensuring quality control, managing labor/sub-contractors, and ensuring the project meets specified timelines and safety standards. Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision: Manage day-to-day construction activities and ensure work aligns with architectural and structural drawings. Project Planning: Assist in creating project schedules, identifying milestones, and tracking progress using MS Project or Excel. Quality & Safety: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the highest quality of workmanship and strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols. Bill of Quantities (BOQ): Prepare and verify BOQs, bar bending schedules (BBS), and material procurement requests Problem Solving: Address on-site technical challenges and coordinate with senior architects/engineers for design clarifications. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with exceptional experience may also apply). Technical Proficiency: Strong command over MS Excel/WORD Site Expertise: Deep understanding of RCC works, finishing, plumbing, and structural steel works.
