Telecaller, sales

Role Overview We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller / Patient Coordinator who can communicate with potential patients, explain treatment options, coordinate appointments, and help convert inquiries into confirmed visits. Key Responsibilities • Call and follow up with leads generated from Instagram, Google, website, and other platforms • Explain basic dental treatments and guide patients about consultation appointments • Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently • Maintain a record of patient inquiries and follow-ups • Coordinate with the clinic team for smooth patient management • Handle WhatsApp inquiries and respond to patient queries professionally • Build trust with patients and encourage them to visit the clinic • Required Skills • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred) • Confident speaking and convincing ability • Basic knowledge of sales or telecalling • Polite, patient-friendly attitude • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and maintain follow-ups • Preferred Candidates • Experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or healthcare coordination • Experience working in clinics, hospitals, or service industries will be an advantage • Work CultureAt Project Smiles Dental, we maintain a professional, ethical, and patient-first environment.
