Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Digital Content Creator specializing in social media. The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging and original multimedia content for various social media platforms. Responsibilities include creating graphics, writing compelling captions, scheduling posts, analyzing audience engagement metrics, and staying updated with social media trends. The candidate will also ensure brand building and cohesive storytelling fostering community engagement across platforms.PROJECT 1000 is seeking a soulful yet tech-savvy Content Creator to bring our handcrafted luxury pieces to life. You will be responsible for building our brand story, ensuring that every Reel and post captures the “textures”, “Colours” and “Silhouttes" ethos of our brand. This role requires a unique 80/20 balance: 80% human-centric content (capturing our artisans and textures) and 20% AI-generated content to enhance our global luxury positioning.

Key Requirements
• Proficiency in modern video editing and AI-assisted creative tools.
• Visual Execution: Capture the four pillars of our product SOP: Silhouette (styling on models/furniture), Texture(macro shots of handloom, crochet, and macrame), Construction (showcasing patterns, closures, and tassels), and Process (artisan stories and upcycling).
• Strategic Storytelling: Develop Reels and posts that follow our specific "Who-What-Why-How" framework, moving from the artisan's workshop to the final luxury home or fashion setting.
• Platform-Specific Content: Create "Utility Videos" for every product, ensuring all content features clean, monochromatic, or white backgrounds to maintain a high-fashion feel.
• Emotional Branding: Target specific emotional hooks—Confidence and Joy for our fashion bags, and Cosy Warmth and Elegance for our interior products.
• AI Integration: Use AI tools to supplement human footage, creating 20% of our feed through innovative digital enhancements that highlight our "Art-Inspired" luxury.
Technical Requirements
• Singular Messaging: Ability to produce content that focuses on one message only per post to maintain brand clarity.
• Technical Versatility: Skilled in shooting diverse product categories, including Home/Interior (rugs, mats) and Fashion (totes, slings, backpacks).
• Visual Standards: Strict adherence to clean, uncluttered backgrounds and high-quality "inside-outside" product shots.
• Sustainability Mindset: A deep understanding of upcycling, traditional craft revival, and rural livelihood empowerment.
