Social Media Manager Location: Trivandrum, Kerala (On-site) Company: Promiq Solutions – Digital Marketing & Advertising Agency Experience: Minimum 2 years Promiq Solutions is on the lookout for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content, trends, and analytics. Key Responsibilities • Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand and campaign goals • Write engaging captions, reels concepts, and post copies • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement (comments & DMs) • Collaborate with designers, ad teams, and clients • Track performance, analyze insights, and optimize content strategies • Stay updated with trends, algorithms, and platform updates Requirements • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management • Strong understanding of content strategy, brand voice, and storytelling • Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar • Basic knowledge of paid promotions & boosting strategies • Ability to handle multiple brands and deadlines • Excellent communication and coordination skills Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field (preferred) • Proven portfolio or live social media handles managed previously What We’re Looking For • Creative thinker with an eye for trends • Data-driven mindset with creative execution • Someone who takes ownership, not just instructions • Team player who can also work independently What We Offer • Work with diverse brands & exciting campaigns • Creative and collaborative work environment • Growth opportunities in a fast-scaling agency • Competitive salary based on experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
