Shopify Website Developer (Project-Based | India)

Protein World India is looking for an experienced Shopify developer (or small development team) for a project-based website build focused on the Indian market. This is not a conventional eCommerce storefront. We’re aiming to create a smooth, trust-led platform that combines : • Customer Stories • Questionnaire-based engagement • WhatsApp & Call communication • Curated product purchase pathways The website will be centred around a strong homepage experience, a scalable customer stories system (where each story functions as an individual SEO page), a mobile-friendly questionnaire flow, and seamless integration of WhatsApp as a primary communication channel. Key Functional Areas : • Homepage (Primary Trust Hub) • Stories Index + Template-Based Story Pages • Questionnaire (12–18 Questions) • Sticky WhatsApp & Click-to-Call Integration • Shopify Shop (2 Product Categories : GLP-1 / Natural Support) • Questionnaire submission to Email + Google Sheet What We’re Looking For : • Experience with Shopify custom builds (not just theme setup) • Ability to create scalable template-based content systems • Experience with form automation / webhook integrations • Understanding of mobile-first UX and performance • Ability to recommend suitable tools, apps, or custom integrations Initial Paid Test Scope : • Homepage • Stories Template + 3 Stories • Questionnaire Page • WhatsApp + Click-to-Call Integration This is a project-based role , and we are currently reviewing developers based on their proposed development approach and execution strategy before moving ahead with the first milestone.
