Technical Support Engineer (L1) – Freshers Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (L1) Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year Salary: ₹2.0 – ₹3.5 LPA Location: Hyderabad Telangana Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Technical Support Team as L1 Support Engineers. The candidate will provide first-level technical assistance for banking, ATM, POS, and retail technology systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work in a 24/7 support environment. Key Responsibilities: • Provide Level 1 (L1) technical support for ATM/POS and banking systems • Troubleshoot basic hardware, operating system, and network-related issues • Log, track, and update tickets using ticketing tools • Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support teams • Assist in remote troubleshooting and occasional field support visits • Ensure timely resolution and SLA adherence Required Skills: • Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems • Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, LAN/WAN) • Knowledge of computer hardware (CPU, RAM, peripherals) • Good verbal and written communication skills (English + regional language preferred) • Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts Qualification: • B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / Diploma (IT, CSE, ECE, or related fields) • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience Preferred Certifications: • CompTIA A+ • CCNA (Basics) • ITIL Foundation Interested candidates can share their resume at: mohini@pscollaborations.com Call me on this number :+91-XXXXXXXXXX Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹16,500.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana
