Showroom Sales Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION: Our company is looking for an Showroom sales executive to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. To be successful in this position, you should stay up to date with product features and maintain our showroom visual appearance in high standards. JOB SUMMARY: An ideal candidate for this role will be held responsible for determining the customer needs, answering their questions about our products and recommending the right solutions. You should be able to resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure maximum client satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA: ➤ Greeting customers as they enter the store. ➤ Assisting customers in locating products by going through the inventory and suggesting new items to customers based on their selection. ➤ Entering sales data and customer data into the company database. ➤ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. ➤ Ensure that the common areas are kept organised, clean and safe for all associates and customers. ➤ Manage custom service requests promptly and resolves issues quickly. ➤ Accurately and efficiently operates cash registers and accurately maintains all cash and receipts. ➤ Work closely with the courier team to ensure products are delivered in a timely manner. SKILLS: ➤ Bachelor's degree. ➤ Proficiency in Microsoft excel. ➤ Excellent written and oral communication. ➤ Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints on time. ➤ Maintaining accuracy and paying attention to detail. ➤ Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately respond to inquiries in person and over the phone.
