Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned Ecommerce media leader to drive end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and growth across Amazon Ads and Quick Commerce platforms. The role requires a strong balance of hands-on campaign expertise, client leadership, and team management, with a clear understanding of ecommerce performance metrics and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Ecommerce & Performance Leadership • Lead Amazon Ads ecosystem including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP (good to have). • Own campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting for ecommerce-focused brands. • Drive performance across Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and BB Instant. • Define full-funnel ecommerce strategies aligned to business KPIs. Campaign & Optimization Excellence • Strong control over keyword strategy, bid & budget optimization, and seasonal planning. • Analyse performance and provide actionable insights. • Work closely with platform partners to unlock growth opportunities. Client & Stakeholder Management • Act as a strategic partner to clients and own ecommerce media strategy. • Lead performance reviews and growth planning. • Present confidently to senior stakeholders. Team & Process Management • Lead and mentor teams across ecommerce accounts. • Drive SOPs and operational excellence. • Support hiring and capability building. Required Skills & Experience • 7–10+ years of experience in Ecommerce / Performance Marketing. • Strong agency experience preferred. • Proven expertise in Amazon Ads and Quick Commerce platforms. • Experience handling large budgets and multiple brands. Core Skill Set • Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, TACoS, and share of voice. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Comfortable operating at strategic and hands-on levels.
