Role: Motion Graphic Designer Lead
Job Description:
• Develop creative solutions to project challenges, aligning with brand strategy and project briefs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.
• Create and adapt video content for TV and social media campaigns.
• Design and produce digital animations, iMedia assets, and social media visuals while implementing strong visual concepts for clients.
• Conceptualize and execute image and sales campaigns using modern and innovative design approaches.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms.
• Adapt digital campaigns and assets to align with client-specific design standards and requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without
compromising quality.
• Track and manage all ongoing projects efficiently using Excel.
• Work closely on adaptation projects and ensure comfort in working within a local
server environment.
• Apply knowledge of audio requirements while creating and editing motion graphic
content.
• Contribute to localization projects, ensuring content is adapted effectively for
different markets.
• Demonstrate a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and project execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Motion Designer (Video, Digital, iMedia
campaigns) or in a similar role, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Proven experience in team handling and supervision.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is required.
• Strong understanding of design principles, composition, and animation techniques.
• Working knowledge of compositing in Adobe After Effects, including rotoscoping,
keying, cleanup, and matte painting (preferred).
• Experience in photo manipulation and/or illustration.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator,
along with familiarity in HTML5.
• Understanding of advertising formats across traditional media, video, digital, and
social platforms.
• Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to create or co-create compelling
visual ideas.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams and departments.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to skill
development.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
