ICU Coordinator

Pulse Heart Super Speciality Hospital is looking for a responsible and organized ICU Coordinator to manage patient coordination and ensure smooth communication between ICU doctors, nurses, and patient families. The candidate should be able to handle critical patient updates, coordinate ICU operations, and maintain proper documentation. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate between ICU doctors, nurses, and patient attendants • Provide timely updates to patient families regarding patient status (as directed by doctors) • Maintain ICU admission and discharge records • Assist in managing ICU bed availability and patient movement • Ensure proper documentation and coordination with hospital departments • Support doctors and nursing staff with administrative tasks • Handle emergency coordination when required Requirements • Bachelor’s degree (Healthcare / Life Sciences preferred) • 1–3 years experience in hospital coordination or ICU administration • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment • Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records Skills Required • Patient handling and communication • Hospital workflow understanding • Coordination and multitasking • Documentation and reporting Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per day Benefits: • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
