Nurse Educator

**Job Summary:** We are looking for a dedicated and experienced **Nurse Educator** to plan, develop, and implement training programs for nursing staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing clinical skills, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols, and improving overall patient care standards. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and deliver training programs for nursing staff (new joiners and existing employees) - Conduct orientation sessions for newly recruited nurses - Evaluate training needs and prepare structured learning modules - Ensure adherence to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and quality standards - Organize workshops, seminars, and continuous education programs - Monitor and assess staff performance and competency levels - Maintain training records and documentation - Coordinate with department heads to identify skill gaps - Stay updated with the latest nursing practices and healthcare guidelines Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
