E commerce Marketplace Specialist

Role Overview: We are looking for an E Commerce Marketplace representative who can manage multiple Amazon Seller Central accounts and handle end-to-end marketplace operations, including product listings, order management, returns, and seller support. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and operate multiple E Commerce Seller Central accounts(Amazon, Wayfair Etc) • Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, variations). • Monitor and manage orders, shipments, and inventory. • Handle customer messages, returns, refunds, and claims. • Coordinate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve account or listing issues. • Ensure compliance with Amazon marketplace policies and guidelines. • Track listing performance and maintain product catalog accuracy. • Work on product uploads (bulk and manual) and manage listing updates. • Monitor account health and resolve suppressed or inactive listings. Required Skills: • Experience working with E Commerce Seller Central. • Knowledge of product listing, variation creation, and catalog management. • Understanding of returns, refunds, and order management. • Ability to communicate with Amazon Seller Support for issue resolution. • Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Preferred: • Experience handling multiple Amazon marketplaces/accounts. • Knowledge of Amazon policies and account health management. • Familiarity with bulk listing tools and Excel.
