Staff Nurse (NICU / Pediatric) (India)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse for our NICU / Pediatric Department. The candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience in NICU, pediatric care and be capable of providing high-quality nursing care to newborns and children in a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct nursing care to neonates and pediatric patients as per hospital protocols. - Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions regularly. - Assist doctors during procedures and emergency situations. - Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed. - Maintain proper documentation of patient records and nursing notes. - Educate and support parents/guardians regarding newborn and child care. - Ensure infection control practices are strictly followed. - Handle NICU equipment such as incubators, ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitors. - Coordinate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team for effective patient care. Eligibility Criteria: - B.Sc Nursing with valid Nursing Council Registration. - Minimum 1 year experience in NICU / Pediatric Department. - Strong clinical knowledge and emergency handling skills. - Positive communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in rotational shifts.
