Human Resource Trainee

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Trainee located in Navi Mumbai. The Human Resource Trainee will support the HR department in executing daily tasks, including assisting with recruitment, onboarding, drafting and implementing HR policies, managing employee records, and addressing employee queries. Other responsibilities include contributing to the development of employee engagement programs, ensuring compliance with HR procedures, and collaborating with various team members to support organizational goals. Qualifications • Knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) functions and best practices • Understanding of HR Management principles and expertise in drafting and implementing HR Policies • Familiarity with Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and collaborate across teams • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Internship or experience within an HR department is a plus
