Job Title: Associate Recruiter Department: Human Resource Location: Iscon Ambli Road, Ahmedabad Work Hours: 07:30 PM to 04:30 AM IST or 6:30 AM to 3:30 AM IST Salary: As per market standards and candidate skillset About the Role: • Work closely with Account Managers to meet the requirements of the clients in sourcing, screening, and scrutinizing the applications received from suitable candidates. (Resources) • Strong research and networking skills to find and imply strategies for the perfect candidate. • Solid understanding of talent acquisition from social media, referrals, networking, and relevant advertising campaigns. • Screening of applicants through databases, forums, social media, etc. • Able to plan and execute a qualitative approach to the recruitment process.
