Technical Recruiter / US IT Recruiter Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra Quanta Systems Technologies, Quanta Systems Technologies is a fast-growing technology solutions and services company, specializing in delivering cutting-edge IT solutions to global clients. We are looking for a dynamic Technical Recruiter to join our team The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates for technical roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US staffing as well as domestic hiring , excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong technical understanding to ensure successful placements. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both US and India hiring. Source candidates using multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, headhunting). Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and ensure compliance with company policies. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. • 2–5 years of proven experience in US staffing and domestic hiring. • Strong understanding of technical skills, IT job roles, and market trends. • Hands-on experience with ATS (Ceipal), job portals (Dice, Monster, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), Willingness to work flexible hours to cater to US hiring timelines .
