About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Associate to handle client communication and support for the Canada region. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to clients via email and phone
• Handle and resolve customer queries in an effective and timely manner
• Maintain accurate customer records in the customer service database
• Identify customer issues, determine root causes, and provide appropriate solutions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear and professional communication
• Build and maintain positive rapport with clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve product or service-related concerns
Requirements:
• Freshers can apply (with strong communication skills)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and patiently
• Comfortable working in the Canadian time zone
• Basic knowledge of customer service processes will be an added advantage
