This role will support hiring across Automotive | Vehicle| Aerospace| Digital Engineering | Manufacturing | Defense| Telecom | Oil | Gas | Utility| Energy| Industrial | Automobile| Medical Devices Key Responsibilities: • End-to-end recruitment for engineering roles • Proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards & Boolean search • Strong collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders • Building talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-find skills • Managing ATS and ensuring a smooth candidate experience Ideal Background: • 1–3 years of experience in Engineering recruitment. • Experience hiring for Automotive, Aerospace or Manufacturing domains is a plus • Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing platforms Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month Benefits: • Food provided Work Location: In person
