Web Developer- Word press

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer with strong experience in PHP and Laravel to manage existing WordPress websites and migrate/customize applications originally built in Laravel/PHP into WordPress. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with custom themes, plugins, APIs, and performance optimization while ensuring security and scalability. Key Responsibilities · WordPress Management - Maintain, update, and optimize WordPress websites · Manage themes or custom themes, plugins and core updates · Ensure website performance, security, and uptime · Troubleshoot WordPress issues (frontend & backend) · Implement SEO best practices as suggested by SEO · Laravel / PHP to WordPress Conversion - Analyze existing Laravel/PHP applications and convert to wordpress · Integrate third-party APIs and services · Work with MySQL databases and optimize queries · Implement authentication, roles, and permissions in WordPress · Collaborate with designers and SEO Required Skills · 2+ years of WordPress development experience · Strong experience with WordPress (Core, Themes, Plugins) · Hands-on experience with Laravel/PHP · Experience converting or migrating Laravel/PHP apps to WordPress · Good understanding of WordPress REST API, Custom Post Types, Meta Fields, Taxonomies, Hooks & Filters · MySQL database experience · HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic to intermediate) Good to Have (Bonus Skills) · Experience with WooCommerce · Experience with hosting environments (cPanel, VPS) · Experience with multilingual WordPress sites Salary Range : 20,000- 25,000/- per month.
