Project Operations Leader with a passion for workforce management at sites, a motivational spirit, and hands on expertise to lead the client sites of Construction business providing Workforce Management Services to reputed client organizations. Candidates should possess good knowledge of end-to-end operations of manpower intensive projects along with superior client management, techno-commercial, leadership, written & verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
The role will be responsible for the following key tasks:
• To ensure seamless operations of multiple projects sites to meet required performance metrics through high quality operations activities, service, revenue, collection and profitability for the organization.
• Responsible for P&L of the projects, with end to end management of Projects starting from project takeover to manpower mobilization, productivity planning, productivity tracking, execution, timely sign off from client, billing certifications, collections and project handover to client by obtaining NOC which requires meticulous estimation, planning, and execution.
• To lead the monitoring of supervision at sites with periodic progress reviews for improvements, to ensure that contractors/ vendors/ associates are executing as per specifications, quality and schedule
• To lead and coordinate for technical guidance on site and resolving all critical issues and be the single point for coordination with all the functions internally. Developing the site teams which understands that the organization’s profits and achievements must be reflected in all its operations and activities– including relationships and risk management Bring in New sales and additional requirements from existing customers to boost the business.
• To prepare the procurement plans wrt requirement along with detailed scope of work/specifications and selection of vendors and contractors/sub-contractors as per process and policies
• Structuring and processing of Legal & Commercial Documents for Review, Approval & Sign off
• Other duties and tasks as assigned as per requirement of the management
Qualification & Skills:
• Education: BE/B. Tech Civil / B. Arch and PG - PGDCM, M. Tech / M.Sc Construction Mgmt / Project Mgmt
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Project Operations / Site Management in infrastructure / construction / EPC business, with at least 4 years in a managerial role like Site In-charge and above
• Highest Level of Integrity & Professionalism
• Extensive knowledge of project management principles & practices, with ability to coach others
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Strength in problem solving, ability to work in a goal oriented and deadline-driven work environment,
• Strong leadership and team building skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
