Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division for a Leasing Specialist. The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for managing lease agreements, ensuring efficient lease administration, and providing top-notch customer service. Day-to-day tasks include assisting prospective tenants, handling lease documentation, addressing tenant inquiries and concerns, fostering positive relationships to ensure resident retention, and collaborating with the team to meet leasing goals. The role also involves effectively communicating with clients and maintaining accurate records of leasing activities. Qualifications • Strong skills in Lease Administration and drafting/processing lease agreements • Proficiency in Resident Retention and delivering excellent Customer Service • Effective Communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and clients • Familiarity with lease terms and contracts • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Previous experience in property leasing or real estate is highly desirable • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
