Role Overview As a Management Trainee, you will play a key role in expanding our referral and partnership network by building strong alliances with doctors and other healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Develop alliances with doctors (Orthopedics, Neurologists, General Physicians, etc.) Identify and connect with potential alliance partners such as gyms, fitness trainers, yoga studios, diagnostic centers, and wellness centers Conduct field visits in Panchkula, Dhakoli, Baltana, and nearby areas Represent the clinic professionally and build long-term relationships Maintain records of meetings, follow-ups, and partnership progress Support marketing initiatives and local promotional activities Who Should Apply?
