We are hiring Hub Managers to lead on-ground operations across our expanding hub network. Roles & Responsibilities: - Oversee daily delivery operations across all hubs in your cluster - Recruit, onboard and manage Hub Captains and delivery partners - Drive vendor acquisition and maintain vendor relationships - Ensure order fulfilment, SLA adherence and customer satisfaction - Report cluster-level performance metrics to the Operations Head - Identify new hub locations and vendor opportunities Requirements: - Freshers welcome — we will train you! - Any graduate / undergraduate with a go-getter attitude - Strong communication skills in English and local language - Good local area knowledge (Hyderabad or Bangalore) - Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-ground startup environment Perks: - Full training provided from Day 1 - Fast career growth — top performers move up quickly - Be part of building something real from the ground up salary would be fixed ( 28,000 ) + Incentives Up to 4K
