You will be responsible for end-to-end application development, performance optimization, and delivering high-quality, maintainable code. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications. • Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js. • Develop robust backend services and APIs using Java. • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices. • Implement performance optimization and conduct browser-based debugging. • Conduct unit and integration testing using frameworks such as Mocha and Jest. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps. • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to design decisions. • Maintain and improve existing codebases. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end technologies. • Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, Flux, Webpack, and related tools. • Experience with UI/UX design principles. • Experience with performance testing frameworks such as Mocha and Jest. • Strong knowledge of browser debugging and performance testing tools. • Proficient in Java, with a solid understanding of its ecosystem. • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. • Familiarity with design and architectural patterns. • Ability to write reusable Java libraries. Preferred Skills • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. •
