Hiring App Developer – AlivePost AlivePost is looking for an experienced Android App Developer (2–3 years experience) to join our team. Requirements: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Android development Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDK Strong knowledge of Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, and MVVM architecture Experience with Firebase integration Experience with REST API integration using Retrofit Experience with local data persistence using Room (or equivalent) Deep understanding of Android application lifecycle and background execution limits Experience with AlarmManager (setExactAndAllowWhileIdle) Experience with Foreground Services and BroadcastReceivers Knowledge of Doze Mode and Android battery optimization policies (API 23+) Experience handling exact alarm permission (Android 13+) Experience working with wake locks and Android power management APIs Strong understanding of Android permissions system Ability to design offline-first architecture Experience debugging background behavior using Logcat and Android Studio profiling tools Familiarity with handling device reboot events and rescheduling alarms Understanding of time zone handling and recurring event scheduling Knowledge of Clean Architecture principles At least one application published on the Google Play Store Software & Tools: Android Studio VS Code Git & GitHub REST APIs Role & Responsibilities: Build and maintain Android applications Collaborate with the product team to develop new features Improve application performance and resolve bugs Ensure reliability and stability across Android versions and devices Join us in building AlivePost – a healthcare technology platform focused on improving post-discharge patient care.
