Onboarding & Data Entry Assistant (Contract)

Join our fast-growing team and play a key role in helping equipment rental businesses get up and running with our industry-leading software! In this role, you will: • Work closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams to activate and support our top customers. • Support the launch and onboarding process for new equipment rental companies by handling key setup tasks and ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform. • Customize product configurations to meet the unique needs of each new customer. • ​Collaborate directly with CEOs, owners, and business founders, guiding them through a seamless onboarding experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with business leaders and make an immediate impact at a high-growth SaaS company! Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail and organization. • A positive, team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills. • A competitive spirit and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. • Quick learner with the ability to adapt and apply new customer success strategies effectively. • A strong desire for personal and professional growth, with a passion for continuous improvement. • Bonus points for: Experience with CRMs like HubSpot and an interest in or experience with software startups.
