Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar
Function: Customer Service & Sales Operations
Shift: Global business hours (US / UK / Africa) with rotational weekend support
Role Overview:
Managing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process for domestic and export portfolios.
The role involves close collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete order lifecycle in SAP (order entry to invoicing)
Act as primary contact for domestic/export customers *
Coordinate with Planning, Logistics & Distribution for on-time delivery
Handle customer onboarding, pricing, contracts & master data
Manage export documentation & compliance
Resolve customer queries, complaints & escalations
Support Sales MIS, Salesforce admin & Finance month-end activities
Drive customer feedback and service improvement initiatives ---
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
4–7 years in Customer Service / Sales Operations
Specialist: 4–5 years
Senior Specialist: 6–7 years
B2B manufacturing experience (Chemical industry preferred)
Strong SAP Order Management & Billing exposure
Export documentation knowledge (for export roles)
Salesforce knowledge is a plus
Excellent English communication skills
Willingness to work global shifts
