Job Title- Citrix Server SME Location - 100% Remote Number of Environments in scope: 8 to 10 (2 Delivery Controllers, 2 Storefront Servers, 2 Provision Services, WEM Infrastructure. 1 App Layering, 1 License Server) • Pre-Upgrade Health Check • Review and Update Citrix Policies: • Test Customizations and Integrations: • Check for Required Patches on Dependent Software: • Upgrade Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (VAD) Clients: • Review and Update SSL/TLS Configuration: • Check Database Performance and Integrity: • Test Failover and High Availability (HA): • Enable Logging and Monitoring for Troubleshooting: • Prepare for Post-Upgrade Cleanup: • Configure Citrix Cloud Connector • Update Citrix Documentation and Architecture Diagrams: • Review Citrix Licensing and Usage Reporting: • Test User Access (Various Scenarios) • Prepare for Long-Term Monitoring and Reporting • Verify Compatibility with Third-Party Tools We need someone who can join immediately.
