Role Overview We’re looking for a TA cum HR Admin to support our Talent Acquisition team in delivering a world-class candidate experience and ensuring seamless coordination across hiring activities. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about recruiting operations and HR processes in a fast-paced, tech environment. What You'll Do: • Support scheduling and coordination of interviews across time zones and formats (remote, onsite, and hybrid). • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and interviewers to ensure timely communication. • Assist in managing candidate communication, interview invites, calendar management, and rescheduling logistics. • Monitor the TA inbox and respond to interview coordination or scheduling queries. • Assist in generating reports and dashboards related to hiring metrics and recruitment operations. • Support documentation of recruiting processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Collaborate on process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive candidate information. What We're Looking For: • Interest in HR, recruitment, or operations — prior internship or academic project experience is a plus. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with Google Suite or Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and switch priorities in a dynamic environment. • A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and a team-first attitude. • Bachelor’s degree ongoing or recently completed in any discipline (preferably HR, Business, or related field).
