Qualifications - Strong technical skills in engineering design, construction analysis, and railway operations - Proficiency in project management, planning, and time management - Knowledge of safety standards, compliance requirements, and risk assessment in railway engineering - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams - Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in Civil, Mechanical, or a related field - Prior experience in railway infrastructure or engineering projects is an advantage - Flexibility for in office work and an understanding of on-ground project requirements
