Hiring: AVP – Human Resources (Talent Acquisition & HR Processes) Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Experience: 9–12 Years Mandatory: Excellent Communication Skills We are looking for a strategic and hands-on AVP – HR to lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition and strengthen core HR processes in a fast-growing organization. Key Responsibilities: • Lead complete recruitment lifecycle including senior & leadership hiring • Develop workforce plans with business heads • Drive hiring metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) • Manage multiple hiring channels (portals, consultants, referrals, campus) • Oversee HR operations – onboarding, documentation, performance management, exit process • Ensure compliance, policy governance & HR digitization initiatives • Drive HR MIS, dashboards & analytics • Partner with leadership on org design & manpower planning • Lead and mentor TA & HR operations team Ideal Candidate: ✔ 9–12 years of HR experience ✔ Strong exposure to Talent Acquisition & HR Operations ✔ Experience in managing large hiring volumes ✔ Strong stakeholder management & analytical skills ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Interested candidates can send CVs to hrtejashri@gmail.com Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
