International Ticketing Expert

We are looking for an experienced International Air Ticketing Specialist based in India to assist customers from the Indian diaspora living overseas with their flight bookings to and from India. Role Overview You will help clients book international flights, suggest the best routes and fares and manage ticketing changes or refunds while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities • Handle international air ticket bookings for clients based overseas • Search best fares and routes using GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred) • Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets as required • Provide advice on fare rules, baggage, and airline policies • Assist with itinerary planning and flight options • Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, email, and phone • Ensure accurate ticketing and documentation Requirements • Minimum 2–3 years experience in international air ticketing • Experience using Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre or other GDS • Strong knowledge of international routes and airline fare structures • Good spoken and written English • Ability to deal with Indian diaspora customers based abroad • Honest, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Location India (Remote or Office-based depending on arrangement) What We Offer • Opportunity to work with international clientele • Flexible working arrangement • Competitive salary / commission structure If you have worked in the above scenario before then you will make a STRONG CANDIDATE for this role.
