Telesales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: • Make Inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads • Explain products/services and handle customer queries effectively • Generate sales and achieve targets • Maintain and update customer databases • Follow up with existing customers for repeat business • Build and maintain strong customer relationships Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service • Excellent communication and persuasion skills • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools) • Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure • Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Benefits: • Paid sick time Ability to commute/relocate: • Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
