Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Pune, with person required of travelling mindset. Shall ensure development of new leads, contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsible for staying updated on company offerings and industry trends. Qualifications • Strong sales and negotiation skills to build relationships and close deals. • Proficiency in communication and presentation delivery, along with customer-focused strategies. • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies. • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or relevant fields is advantageous. • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work in a results-driven environment. • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
